J'ai Fait du Thé

I’ve been drinking tea since my mom—ma maman—started making it for me with Lipton teabags, stirring in milk and sugar.

And I’ve been learning French on and off since fifth grade. (A really long time ago.)

My tea tastes have expanded. My French, less so. Not for lack of trying. But I am on a new path, learning through beauty, and it is working.

The idea is simple. Make tea. Photograph it. Write a little—in English or French or both. Muse on the creative life. Voilà! J’ai Fait du Thé has been born.

You can sip some tea with me if you like. Experience a little beauty and maybe expand your lovely experience of French. Let’s have a sweet and gentle adventure.
